REGISTRATION
Merchandise and Food and
Drink vendors play an important part in creating the atmosphere for the
events at Rural Hill. We encourage businesses to display their merchandise
and wares, but space is limited on a first come first serve basis. During
the Spirit of the Hornet’s Nest event we require all vendors/sutlers to
conform to a Colonial America appearance so we can provide an historical
appearance to our visitors.
Guidelines for All Vendors:

All vendors must
have a business license

All vendors must
have a certificate of liability insurance

All vendors will be
allowed to set up as early as the Thursday of the event (exceptions may
be made, but please contact the Rural Hill staff)

All vendors may
leave as late as Monday, the day after the event (Sunday).

Pets are not allowed
at this event. See Pet
Policy.

Blanket sales are
not permitted at the event.

Alcohol is not
permitted on site during the event.

Upon leaving the
site all sutlers/vendors should pick up all trash and leave the site as
good of shape as they entered it. This is a historic landmark. We thank
you for helping us preserve it.
