Rural Retreat Auxiliary to Host

HUNTERSVILLE, NC: Historic Rural Hill’s Rural Retreat Auxiliary will host Miss May’s Spring Tea on Sunday, April 7 at 2 PM. The Tea Party will celebrate spring and honor Miss May Davidson, the benefactress of the Historic Rural Hill Cultural Center. Tickets are $15 per adult and $7 per child. Seating is limited. Miss May’s Spring Tea will be held in the new Historic Rural Hill Cultural Center and feature entertainment by the Charlotte Scottish Country Dance Society. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served along with teas and lemonade. Dress in your spring finery for the occasion – hats and gloves are optional, but encouraged! Miss May’s Spring Tea will be held from 2 to 4 PM. Proceeds from the event will support Auxiliary projects at Historic Rural Hill. Additional information is available at www.ruralhill.net.
